Do not use the bleach (NaClO)
  Do not use the chemical solvents (gasoline, benzine, gas, petrol, thinner, acetone)
  Do not use dry cleaning. (pvc mixed products)
  Do not use detergents, cologne,etc whicl includes the alchohol)
  Use dry cleaning (polyurethane)
  Use only hand washing with soap (highest temperature must be 30 C)
Use moist and soaped dustcloth.
* Use teflon and plastic treadles on your sewing machines.

* The buttonholes must be double loop or eyed buttonhole.

* The sewing areas must be oiled gently.












* During the quality control period, do not stick the labels on the front area.

* During the packaging, stick the size labels to the inner parts, (do not contact to the surface of artificial leather).

* Sew the artificial leather carefully, it will keep the tracks.

* Place the leather reams horizontally.

* " Do not overlap the different colored leather parts.


Why was the artificial leather produced? What s the raw material? Usage?
It is produced to keep animal life.


PVC and PU are ecological substances. Major producers are Turkey and Portugal.. All sectors which need the leather can use the artificial leather.
     
Smell ? Pattern?  
It doesnt have smells but can be include. Pattern rolls and papers are used.  
     
Cleaning? Dry Cleaning?  
Moist dustcloth. Some products are suitable for dry cleaning.
